Creation of a Real Estate Investment Trust in China
Signing of Memorandums of Understanding between Allied Mortgage and Securities Pty. Ltd. and a state owned company for the formal creation of a Real Estate Investment Trust and exclusive Management Company being named China Australia Resourses Cooperation and Industrial Development Fund and the Management Company. The Trust working with such groups as China Ageing Development Foundation and certain Provincial Governments.
