Statement
I am currently Chief Executive Officer of Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd., having been reappointed in November 2009. My Term of Appointment extends to November 2014 as designated Executive Director of China Australia Resourses Cooperation and Industrial Development Fund Management Company as now being incorporated in China.
Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd. is involved in the assistance and provision of services as financiers, funding and financing consultants, and problem solving for customers and clients around the world.
As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, I am responsible for and over see the administration of the corporation in accordance with the regulation and legislation under which Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd. operates. Not only being accountable to the directors, share holders, accountants and auditors, but also to relevant State and Federal government authorities and instrumentalities.
As to planning, and advancement of the company for the benefit of all involved it is my duty to see that such plans are formulated, considered, tabled and, if implemented, carried through in accordance with the Board of Directors resolutions. Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd. protocols and procedures are being adhered to by executives, agents and representatives in relation to matters under consideration.
In relation to customers and clients, it is my duty to see that the facilities, products and service provided by or via Allied are of the highest standard.
Since taking up the appointment I have over seen the laying down of a solid foundation upon which the company may grow and prosper into the future.
Relationships have been established with funders, offshore investors and capital suppliers under my direction and guidance, and in accordance with the director's resolutions.
Specialist departments have been placed on line within Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd. to service customers, process inquiries and provide assistance to all representatives, agents, executives and subcontractors. Associates, representatives and agents have been appointed, and are operational in countries around the world from Europe to Asia and the Pacific Rim.
Allied Mortgage & Securities Pty. Ltd. is growing and will continue to do so, for the benefit of all involved.
